While our ointments are wonderful for soothing irritated or inflamed skin, and play an important supplemental role in the treatment plans of Wei's dermatological patients, we make no therapeutic claims that they can cure any skin conditons.

We are committed to your satisfaction with our products, but we understand that you may sometimes need to return a product. For all returns, please contact us via the contact form below or at For product returns, we can offer a refund of purchasing price of the product(s), but we regret that we are unable to refund either the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost. We can accept returns for qualifying purchases as below:

  • Unopened products with an intact seal
  • Orders placed within the last 30 days

No need to worry! If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us via the contact form below or at, and we will send a replacement order to you as soon as possible to the same address listed in the original order. We may also request photographs of the damaged products for our records prior to shipping out your replacements.

For skin relief, we recommend applying a thin layer of our ointment to the affected area or areas of your skin at least once per day, and more frequently if you feel that you need to. If applied at bedtime, we recommend applying a thicker layer and wearing cotton gloves to bed to allow better absorption of our ointment into your skin and to help retain moisture. Since our ingredients are all-natural, there's no need to worry about applying our ointment too heavily or too often to your skin. If you feel, however, that our Original Ointment isn't bringing relief for you, then you may have more sensitive skin that, like some of Wei's clincal patients who have benefited from our ointments, you would benefit from trying our Delicate Ointment, which contains a modified formulation for extra-sensitive skin.

For product storage, we recommend keeping our ointment refrigerated at a standard temperature of 40 ℃F (4 ℃C). Our product's oil base helps to increase its lifespan, but because our ointments are completely free of any artifical preservatives, refrigeration plays a more important role in maintaining their maximal lifespan. This is not to say, however, that not refrigerating our ointments will cause their ingredients to lose their effectiveness, and we understand that you may not always have the convenience of a refrigerator nearby. We simply recommend keeping our ointment chilled whenever possible at your convenience.

For as long as we ourselves and Wei's patients have used our ointments, and even over the years in which Wei has worked with these herbal ingredients in her clinical practice, we have not observed any side effects from our ointments. If you suspect, however, that you may be experiencing an adverse reaction after using our product, then please discontinue further use.
